Eira Rees Jones Director
After studying Law at Bristol University and Guildford College of Law, Eira became a Solicitor in 1970 and immediately joined the family firm established in 1937 by her grandfather Hugh Williams. His son Richard Williams (Eira's father) was the senior partner at the time, and Eira in turn took over the practice following his retirement.
To Eira's surprise and delight, her daughter Mair also decided to practice law, and both now run our two offices in Llandeilo and Llandovery thus preserving the line for a fourth generation.
Eira’s knowledge and expertise, amassed over the last 45 years and particularly in conveyancing and probate matters, is of great benefit to the practice, and she plans to continue with this work alongside the other members of the legal team for the foreseeable future.
